How Weatherproof is the Outdoor O-1PST Unit? I do not have an eve I can mount it under. Can it get rained on? snowed on? I’d like to be able to run it 24/7. We can get surprise downpours here, I won’t always be able to rescue it from precipitation. I do not want to damage this great monitor.
Yes. That should be no problem. We have extensively tested it in tropical thunderstorms as well as snow.
That’s great. I made a few mounting points for it today. The electric plug is protected in an outdoor box, but I will have to create a housing for the connection from extension cord to usb plug. I’d like to be able to run it from a solar panel, if you ever offer that. I have not seen a simple solution yet.
