How to Remove Previous Wi-Fi Connection History (Device: I-9PSL-DE)

I am currently using the I-9PSL-DE model for research purposes to measure average indoor air quality over a one-week period in participants’ homes. During setup, I occasionally encounter issues connecting the device to a new Wi-Fi network.

Specifically, it appears that the device sometimes attempts to reconnect to a previous user’s Wi-Fi, which results in the current Wi-Fi not appearing in the list of available networks. Eventually, the device switches to offline mode.

Could you please advise how to remove the previous Wi-Fi connection history from the device? Would rebooting the device solve this issue? If so, could you provide instructions on how to properly reboot the I-9PSL-DE?

Thank you for your assistance.

You can reflash the firmware and check the box “erase” during the reflashing or also a long press on the button should factory reset the device.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. I was wondering—does the I-9PSL have a button? I’m trying to figure out the easiest and simplest way to reset the device.

Yes, it is behind a small circle hole in the back, near the USB-C connector.
I believe when you first boot up it gives an option to press the button to factory reset it.
