How often / what time is VOC sensor recalibrated?

Curious when this is happening.

I’m seeing large spikes, 1-3 times a day, and trying to figure out if there is an AQ event happening, or just that the sensor is recalibrating.

Tangentially, since this is a relative sensor, I’m curious if a reading of 80, then 5 minutes later, 400 as an example, means the rate of change was significant, of that likely the absolute amount of voc is significant.

If it was recalibrating, it should jump to 100 as the new baseline and then adjust from there. If you are seeing jumps up to 400, I would tend to think it is a legit event it is detecting. Sometimes the causes can be surprising though. A glass of alcohol, nail polish, cooking some foods, 3d printing and more can cause a spike.
