How often is the dashboard updated?

Hi there just set up the One a couple of hours ago and theres no data on the dashboard yet. is this normal ?

EDIT: It was a rookie mistake, i had added the AG- before the serial number, once removed the sensor has started showing data in the dashboard. Doh !

Great that it’s fixed but to answer the original question: The dashboard requests new data from the server every 20 seconds and the monitor sends data approx every 1-2 minutes depending on the firmware.
