if i download the gerber files and upload them to a pcb manufacturer’s website in the zip file format do i need to choose any additional options or is everything in the zip file ready so i just upload and order?
I would recommend:
- 1.2mm thickness
- Lead Free
why lead free? in my experience the longevity of lead free solder joints is shorter look at early 2000’s cars lots of them have soldering issues. but maybe i am wrong for some other reason.

In the end its up to you but with lead free you are ROHS compliant.
