Hi folks,
I’m here to update that the new firmware (v3.6.2) for AirGradient ONE and AirGradient Open Air has been officially released.
- In 3.6.2, we fixed the Wi-Fi connectivity issue that was found in 3.6.0.
You can see what’s changed in the code here: Release 3.6.2 · airgradienthq/arduino · GitHub
Also, the AirGradient ONE and Open Air running on FW 3.6.0 and newer (yes, including this 3.6.2), can have their Wi-Fi set up (the onboarding process) via BLE using our AirGradient Map app (now available on both Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store) - It’s also compatible with iPad!). It makes Wi-Fi setup much simpler. You can even change your monitor settings with the AirGradient Map app now.
To update your AirGradient ONE & Open Air to firmware 3.6.2
- If you are an AirGradient dashboard user and have the ‘Always update to the latest stable version’ checked, your AirGradient monitors should automatically update in a few days.
- In case you are not using the AirGradient dashboard and prefer to manually flash the new firmware to your monitor, you can do it at: AirGradient ONE (I-9PSL), Open Air (O-1PST) and Open Air Max (O-M-1PPST...) Firmware Versions
Please feel free to share your experience with the new firmware here. And if you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Good day!
Tai
