Forum Default Page

I noticed a few days ago that the forum was defaulting me to a different view than I had where conversations were broke into different categories instead of the full list of recent conversations.
On the Desktop it was annoying that it changed, but I could still see recent conversations on the right, but on my Android mobile browser, I could only see the category view.

I finally figured out how to get it back to the latest conversations/topics and wanted to share in case other are experiencing the same.

In the upper right corner, click on your user profile icon, either your Initial or a photo you uploaded, then the person icon in the bar, followed by Preferences

Under Preferences, select Interface, and change the Default Home Page to “Latest”

This restored the original functionality and lets me quickly see what recent conversations are happening without having to review multiple categories.

Thanks for sharing this. We made this change to make the forum a bit easier to navigate but appreciate that the change isn’t for everyone.

For anyone who wants to quickly see latest/new posts, you can also use the navigation at the top of the page. However, this will just temporarily change the view and it will default back to the categories on your next visit.
