On the Hardware page of the Dashboard there is a place where it displays these fields, but I don’t think they are accurate. I haven’t seen anything in the code where it upload what firmware it is running, so I wouldn’t trust it.

If you want to make sure you are on the latest, just flash the latest and even if you were already running it, no harm done.
on mine the relevant fields are not populated with the info
It would be very useful to be able to do some of this while the station is in situ as its not uncommon to install these sorts of things at remote locations

I’m using ESPHome on my devices, but only the AG ONE and AG Open Air (latest models with ESP32-C3 chips) show anything:
We are in the progress to merge our old commercial firmware with the open source one and this is currently only supported with devices that get the OTA from our server (the OTA functionality is currently not implemented in the open-source fw). So please ignore this at the moment until we have everything aligned.
