Device and config gone from Dashboard, but still receiving alarm emails

I purchased an AirGradient One and connected it to my account a few months ago. I configured and subscribed to alarms for offline status, and for high/low temperatures, and have received notifications for these events.
Now when I log into the dashboard, I am being prompted to “Connect Your First Monitor”, and there is no data available on the Dashboard. My AirGradient One doesn’t show under the Hardware section either. However, I am still receiving notifications for alarms referred to above, despite the Subscribe to Alarms page showing “No alarms have been configured for the current place. You can set up new alarms in Alarms Settings.”
Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what may have happened, please?

Please contact our customer support through our website and also send the serial number of your monitor. We will then have a look.
