Data not going to OpenAQ.org

When you opt in, does our data actually go to openaq.org? When I go to the openaq.org, I don’t see my monitor on the “Explore the data” map. Further, after poking around the map, I don’t see any air gradient data. I clicked on “Data Providers” and selected “None” and then just selected the air gradient data, and “Update”. The map was empty!

I thought air gradient data goes to OpenAQ and I can’t figure out how to access that data. Thanks for any help.

I have sent OoenAQ an email and will report when I hear back.

Same question. I just set up my new AirGradient devices, but couldn’t get it to sent to OpenAQ.

OpenAQ replied. Apparently they have some technical issues and are working on fixing them.

Hi @Achim_AirGradient
I have the same issue for OpenAQ and IQAir.
Are you sure this is an issue on their side ?
It works well a few weeks ago.

Yes it’s 100% on their side. Both actually confirmed it’s on their side and are working on fixing it but they seem both a bit resource constraint at the moment.

Has OpenAQ stopped adding AG monitors?
I added mine at the end of January. but it still isn’t showing.

I see by previous posts that they had some technical issues. Is this still ongoing, or have they been sorted out and it’s just a problem picking up my monitor?

OpenAQ issues should be resolved. Please contact our customer support with your serial number and we will have a look.

Thanks
Just done that

I’m experiencing the same problem. Will also contact customer support.

I was a bit late contacting OpenAQ. (18 March) . I explained the problem and asked what information they would need from me to identify my monitor.
Ray Biggs from OpenAQ sent me the following reply:

“Can you share a bit more detail on where the monitor is located (preferably coordinates) and the name you might have given it in the Airgradient dashboard? Once I have that info I can dig into it and see why it might not be showing up.”

Add that information when you contact OpenAQ customer support if you haven’t already contacted them.

Russ (not Ray!) from OpenAG states that they have found a problem at their end and are looking into it.
