With the end of free (12month) subscription i no longer have access to Dashboard graphs that are beyond the 30day period. which is as expected
While if i export the 1 hour bucket from Export Data as CSV, i can still see data from the day the device has been first turned on (Sep 2024).
My question is this, will this 1hour bucket data be retained “forever” just for Export Data as CSV or is it just on the silent grace period for the moment and will be reduced to the 30 day period same as the graphs in the near future?

This data is currently retained for about 2 years for all plans - regardless of account/subscription status. You can access this via the export menu as you’ve discovered. However, this may change in the future as we’re currently storing a massive amount of data.
With that said, if a change does happen we will make an announcement about it so you will have time to store/save the data.
