Had a prebuilt unit that had both sensors die but AG sent me a new unit out which works great.
I ended buying the sensors individually and replacing the faulty ones in the aforementioned faulty unit and they’re working fine, but I have a persistent blue light on the monitor that I don’t know how to turn off.
Any advice from you legends?
Since there’s no responses yet, I’ll just quickly say I have tried re-flashing it multiple times and wiping it completely but no luck.
Do you have the serial number registered on the Dashboard?
I assume you are talking about the far left LED?
This doesn’t cover a White LED which I see frequently, or Blue as you described
Please create a debug log file as per below and then send to us through our support form.
Then we can see what could be the potential issue.
