Connection to Cloud is intermittent, mostly Down.

In my first week of ownership and the 1st couple of days the connect was solid. then starting to have connection fail emails most of the time it reconnected after a a while or a reboot. No very hard to get back, and drop out shortly afterwards. Also connected to Home Assistant and that connection is fine. Tried turning that off but still happens.

Any one else having these issues or can help towards a fix?

I believe home assistant polls much more frequent than data is sent to our server. So intermittent drop outs might not be detected by HA.

What is the WiFi strength of the device? Can you test if it improves if it’s closer to the router?

I also observed that my device on the stock firmware was showing the white LED on the far left a few times today, indicating server connection issues
