Confused by Green and Purple Lights on AirGradient One

Hi all,

I purchased an AirGradient One device three days ago and noticed that, at times, a single purple light appears, even though the device only displays a single green dot. Does anyone know if this is a sign of a faulty device, or could it mean something else? Any advice would be appreciated!

The purple light means that the connection to our sever is not stable.

We have started to migrate our database to much better servers and this should rectify this issue. I expect this migration to be completed in around two weeks.
