Hi, I am getting a failure on the detection of the S8 Sensor. I am wondering if someone can help me to troubleshoot.

Two facts:

I flashed the last version from here: The AirGradient Open Air Outdoor Air Quality Monitor (O-1PST Kit, PCB Version 1.3)
I bought the Open Air Outdoor Monitor O-1PST CO2 Version (Kit) on February 20th from your webiste.

I looked at the dashboard but all looks fine. It seems you only get TVOCs sometime. Can you try and use a different power adapter?

If that does not help, please send more photos.

I tried using a different power source, I also tried connecting it to the computer with the cable that came wit hthe pakcage. No luck, also now it seems that I don’t get the data of PM to the dashboard either : /

I wanted to report that I got my sensor last month (not delay on the company part it is just that I was slow to order it and slow to pick it up). I installed it today and it works perfectly.

Thanks a bunch for solving my problem. I really appreciate how promptly you addressed it.
