Just received an Airgradient One (received it pre-built). Initially entered wrong password for my 2.4 wifi. Even after correcting that (after a very long timeout), I am unable to get it to connect to my wifi. I am not convinced it is using the new password I provided. Is there a factory reset step I need to take?
I would factory reset it and start all over again instead of putting much more time into troubleshooting this.

Thanks for the reply. I am at 13.1.11. When I power on with the reset pressed (I do hear and feel the click) the unit never comes up. I’ve waited as long as 50 seconds. Even after releasing the button the unit will not power on until I unplug and plug it back in without the button pressed.
OK, was able to factory reset after getting it into offline mode.
No success yet. I start the monitor and it goes into a prolonged attempt to connect to wifi (even though it is not configured yet). The monitor is on my dashboard via the qr code. When I use the wifi qr code it takes my phone to the standard wifi config page - whether I have my phone on wifi or not. If I use the non-qr-code approach, once the unit finally sets up its wifi hotspot and I connect to it, I never get a response back from 192.168.4.1 - it hangs at 50% load. And in the third try (as I was typing this) - everything worked. Leaving the above in case someone else experiences this. I am all set - the monitor is online and showing data in the dashboard. Thanks again for the help.
