The last update I have done is the firmware 3.09. Today I tried updating to the latest firmware, and no matter what I do it refuses to update. It’ll connect, and when I hit update firmware I get installation failed. I have tried resetting it, erasing it, putting it in flash mode, nothing seems to help. I’ve never had an issue previous to this. Please help.
Maybe try a different browser? Or computer if you have another available.
