Missed today by a few hours
Hi all, any updates on the availability of the new firmware?
3.3.6 says up to date and continues to boot loop for me. Never attempting to update to 3.3.7
I saw mine updating about 2 hours ago and Iām now running
Firmware Version: 3.3.7
Returned AG One to Online mode, still on the reboot loop of death, re flashed with 3.3.6 just in case, issue continues.
Hi @everyone,
Just like Achim said, we have a problem right now to add the new firmware on our website flasher. But latest automatic firmware update already available for 3.3.7. Make sure you set firmware version on our dashboard to 3.3.7
Hi @Technologyman00 , are you using either prometheus or disable cloud connection on the wifi manager portal?
I use the homeassistant integration, but itās currently disabled. I have tried both blocking online and not. Doesnāt seem to change anything
Edit: Reflashing this morning to 3.3.6 seems to have allowed it to update to 3.3.7 and fix the problems.
Same situation.
Try this link, goto domain /documentation/factory/
Working as expected, looks like the firmware page hasnāt been updated yet.
It seemed to randomly work this morning after I reflashed it
Cool beans, sorry, just noticed your edit.
Something broke, it happens.
No one rushed into the fire without a hose, time taken, good result.
Been a week. Web flasher is still down?
Can confirm, the issue has been resolved, both indoor and outdoor units updated and metrics scraping from Prometheus works now.
Iāll just add my experience for the record.
browser update to 3.3.6 failed part way through it just stuck around 55% and that was it. No error message. Tried a couple more time and it stopped at different %. Then tried with the sw boot button (press prior to connecting power then release after) and after a couple of failed attempts it said it was successful but it wasnāt. The console log showed it trapped in a boot loop and the display/leds did not light up. Tried again with 3.0.8 with the same result.
Then found a thread that suggested trying different cable and usb port. Did exactly the same steps again with 3.0.8 using a USBC-C cable from the USB-C port (on MacMini) and this time it worked.
Hi,
Can you please update this page AirGradient ONE (I-9PSL) and Open Air (O-1PST) Firmware Versions and provide a direct way to flash to 3.3.7 from there. It still only provides 3.3.6.
Iām stuck on 3.0.8 as the automatic update to latest version through the dashboard doesnāt seem to be working. If I try to manually update to 3.3.6, I get stuck in the restart loop.
Thanks
