Airgradient Pro Soldered no wifi network on boot

Hi there, I have the AirGradient DIY Air Quality Sensor (Pro Presoldered-Version, PCB Version 3.7)

It was running fine for a couple of weeks, connecting to wifi and updating my dashboard with data.

After moving it and having it off for a week, it now won’t connect via WiFi and keeps booting into offline mode.

On boot it displays the “60s to connect to wifi” message but no network is broadcast to join to set it up again. It also doesn’t connect to wifi LAN itself. After the 60s it boots into offline mode.

It is sitting right next to the wifi router so signal strength shouldn’t be the issue.

It did once boot and connect to the wifi after it stopped working, but I can’t seem to get it to so it again.

Any tips?

Thanks

Can you try and check if you can see the network from the monitor on a different phone or on your computer?

Hi thanks for helping - yes I’ve tried on three computers and a phone, none of them can detect the wifi network from the airgradient during it’s boot up phase (or after). I’ve also tried manually typing in the ssid that the airgradient says it is broadcasting when searching for it via a MacBook but it can’t find it.

It seems there was an issue with the firmware that should be fixed by now. Can you please reflash it with this version:
