AirGradient One works with HA but does not populate data in Dashboard

I unpacked and set up my One yesterday.

During setup it took several attempts to connect to my local Wifi (put in the wrong password the first time) during which my phone could no longer connect to any Wifi network at all which also wasn’t resolved by rebooting the phone. (Likely unrelated but thought I would mention it).

Eventually it just started working. I could also connect the monitor to my laptop and upgrade the firmware to 3.1.13.
Integration in HomeAssistant works fine and the monitor has been providing data seemingly without any issues. It also shows in the display of the monitor. However, in the Dashboard, not a single point of data seems to have been received. I tried removing it and adding it again, but that didn’t change anything and it also still claims there is a firmware update. ‘Last seen’ in the Dashboard is the time when I (re-)added the monitor to the dashboard.

I think, maybe you haven’t connected the monitor to Wi-Fi yet?
What indicators does it show?

I think it’s connected to the Wifi fine. It shows the connection message during boot and then continues on. It does not open the temporary hotspot. I can also see the device in my local network with an IP assigned and all. After booting, the display shows “AG Server: N/A” at the top, but otherwise everything continues to be working fine.

I’m not sure what color the led at the top left is to be honest. It’s more yellow than red, but I would say it’s more pink.

I’m not really in a hurry since HA works fine. I posted here in case anyone else came across this, but if you guys prefer I can of course also contact via support.
