AirGradient One v9 - Recommended monitoring ranges

Greetings,
Got my One up and running with Home Assistant. Been collecting stats for a few days now. I did some reading about the ranges the sensors on the One can detect at, but trying to set up some monitoring on what are reasonable ranges for the sensors and what levels would be considered unhealthy. This is where I’m struggling. For example, the VOC:

I get that it’s 0-500 and that it is an index scale. But what should a “good reading” be? Mine ranges in the 40’s at night and 150’s during the day, but I have spikes that last about half an hour in the 450’s. I figure those probably aren’t good… But is 150 during the day good or bad? I can’t find any information saying what the good vs bad range is.

Same thing for the NOx. And some of the ranges that websites give on “healthy levels” for the various PM sensors mine are really high. :grimacing:

Has anyone gathered a chart of monitoring ranges for all the sensors?

Thanks!

[Edit] Forgot that I did find some good ranges for CO2:
400 - typical outdoors
600 - median average in modern homes
800 - health irritation levels if extended periods
1000 - unhealthy levels
2500 - serious risk
4000+ - very very bad.
