AirGradient ONE/ screen problem

Concerning Indoor Air Quality Monitor AirGradient ONE/22.10.2025:

Since about two months I have at least twice a week a unreadable pixel salat on the screen. If I plug out and replug it comes back to normal. What is the problem, please?

The issue you’re describing usually happens when the device isn’t receiving stable power.

Could you please try using a 5V / 2A power adapter and ensure the USB cable is in good condition? This typically resolves the problem.
