AG ONE Displaying raw PM2.5 value

My AG ONE is displaying the raw PM2.5 value. If I look at /measures/current, it is displaying pm02, not pm02Compensated. How do I get it to display the calibrated/compensated value? Can that be adjusted via an app setting?

Hi @jims, welcome to our community!

I believe the PM2.5 correction algorithm is not parsed properly on the local side of the device.

This issue is fixed on firmware v3.6.3 (which has not been released yet because we intended to release a newer version that comes with additional features and fixes in v3.7.0).

The new firmware is currently being tested. As I am one of the testers, I believe we should be able to deliver the new firmware this month via an OTA update. Anyway, if you are interested in trying a newer firmware that fixes the issue you encounter, please feel free to reach out to us and let us know your AirGradient ONE’s serial number. Please kindly refer to this thread. I can push the newer firmware via OTA for your ONE. Thanks!

I updated to v3.7.0 and now the values for PM2.5 in the app, AG ONE display, and Home Assistant are very similar. I assume the small differences are due to different points in time when the value is sampled.
Thanks for your quick help.

@jims, thank you for your update. I am glad to hear that it looks similar now.

You are correct. There can still be a small difference due to the sampling interval. The OLED display of the AirGradient ONE updates every few seconds, but the AirGradient Dashboard and Home Assistant update the reading every 60 seconds.

Regarding the firmware, if you encounter any issues, please feel free to let us know. Thank you so much!
