I modified the O-1PST Arduino code to allow BT data logging to a phone. Then taking the O-1PST mobile (with a small battery) I logged sensor data with phone GPS on bike rides around town. After data collection I copy and process the logfiles off the phone and examine on a PC using python visualization code.
Setup is a little klunky as I use Nordic’s nRF logger and termux to run a GPS logger. But once installed its pretty easy to use.
