I’m completely new to the AirGradient ecosystem and I would have addressed the following issue directly at the support. But the Zendesk support mask is not working for me (can’t click on send, same in several browsers I tried). So I hope someone here might be able to help me.
I want to add my first air monitor and also connect it to the Dashboard and the AirGradient Open Map. The problem is that the location of the sensor is in Pristina, Kosovo but Kosovo is no on the the list of countries you can choose as location. This might be because of the controversial legal status of the country. So I tried to choose Serbia instead. But then I can’t add my sensor either because it will give me an error and tell me that my location is outside of the country’s (Serbia) borders.
Maybe this problem is the reason why so far not a single sensor is connected in Kosovo. So it might also have some relevance to others.
So how can I add an air sensor in Pristina? I think either Kosovo needs to be added to the country list or the borders of Serbia need to be adjusted. I think the first would probably easier. (I don’t want to start any political discussion here, I just want to find a way to connect my sensor.)
I hope someone can help me with this.
