Onboarding Not Loading

Hello,

I’m trying to follow the AirGradient Open Air Outdoor guide.

I got to the “AirGradient Dashboard & Map” part, I opened the Dashboard Onboarding Wizard link, and signed in with Google.

After that, I got redirected to https://app.airgradient.com/onboarding/setup/place, and all I see is a white screen with the blue airgradient header.

I’ve tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. I also tried using the phone’s hotspot in case it was some weird issue with my internet, I see the same page on all browsers.

If I try to go to https://app.airgradient.com (was hoping maybe it would let me start over or something), it just redirets me back to the same /onboarding/setup/place page.

How do I go about getting past this issue?

Just chiming in you’re not alone. I’ll open a ticket also. But I tried via mobile and desktop both just to cover my bases.

Just a quick update. We can identify the issue and are working on a fix.

In the meantime an error should pop up.

Apologies from my side. This slipped through our testing of the latest update and I hope it will be resolved soon.
