the firmware flashing on BasicV4 documentation page just show -256 and -1%
and with fw 3.2.0 temp ok but humditiy about 2x
so need to get new sht sensor but can some one recommend a god sht3x or sht4x on aliexpress that works with firmware flashing tool on BasicV4 documentation page and up ?
The 3.2.0 firmware on the github isn’t the default that is being deployed on the AirGradient dashboard, so I’m not sure I would consider it officially released.
That being said, AirGradient hasn’t fully committed to updating the firmware on the Pro and DIY models. There was a Beta firmware, but I don’t think it has gotten much attention.
I would recommend flashing the official firmware from:
The AirGradient DIY Air Quality Sensor (Pro Version PCB Version 4.2)
And not the Beta firmware. Then see how the numbers look for you.
You can buy the SHT40 module direct from AirGradient that doesn’t have the pullup resistor that has caused issues in the past, so it would be most compatible
SHT40 Temperature / Relative Humidity Module
If you buy from AliExpress, you may not have issues, or you may need to unsolder a resistor from the board

found sht40 for I2C with pullup on ali will see if it will work with/without pullup R.
FW 4.2 For the pro but need 1.3 oled screen to see all (have 0.96 oled) but humditiy is still about 2x
so ethier faulty sensor or FW miss read HM sensor on my sht3x module
log only show T and H no co2 or pm so dont think FW 4.2 works on the BasicV4 pcb or my sht3x module blocks something
(when ordering for outside EU there is a 22-23usd import fee and 25% vat so cheaper on ali since vat is prepayed so no import fee)

I’m not sure if this firmware supports both SHT3x and 4x at the same time.
On my Basic DIY I use ESPHome firmware and I have to switch out one line depending on which sensor, but I’ve been able to get both to work.
is there a github page for ESPHome firmware basic DIY or other links to howto

It is all in one repo, but as far as I can tell, the DIY Basic and Pro are not areas of current focus, so current commits are not really addressing them, but are currently addressing the ONE and OpenAir products, plus the future OpenAir Max
